Product Genral Information
Catalyst Converter Support Mat are used in catalyst converter for engine exhaust after-treatment system. It is wrapped around the ceramic substrate(monolith) and inserted into the shell to keep the cerramic substrate(monolith) fixed in the catalyst converter.
The Catalyst Converter Support Mat (Mount Mat) Product provide mechanical support, sealing, protection, thermal and sound insulation or other functions for the catalytic converter.
With different percent of vermiculite and ceramic fiber, we have five different type, Honamat500/502, Honmat600/602, Honmat1000.
Honmat500/502 are Micro-intumescent Substrate Support Mat, Honmat600/602 and Homant1000 are No-Intumescent Substrate Support Mat.
