Product introduction

Ceramic Fiber, is often recognized as ‘refractory material’ or ‘high temperature insulation wool’, exhibited excellent thermal, mechanical, and electric properties such as high-temperature strength, high thermal-shock and creep resistance, high dimensional stability, low thermal expansion coefficient, and good dielectric properties. It is usually used in air at temperatures above 1000°C, as well as for the reinforcement for metals. It is also often used in gas turbines, both aeronautical and ground-based, heat exchangers, first containment walls for fusion reactors, as well as used for which no matrix is necessary such as candle filters for high temperature gas filtration.

Honmat Ceramic Fiber paper is made of refractory wool by wet forming process with uniform thickness and flat surface. It is flexible to be cut or punched into to various products in different shapes & sizes, such as Insulation gasket, heat insulation materials of automobile mufflers and exhaust pipes, Insulation materials for electric heating appliances, wall lining of heating device and high temperature furnace, kiln masonry expansion joint, sealing material for furnace etc..
